Welcome to our Residence and room rental!

We are located in the heart of Sarntal only 20 kilometres from Bolzano-Bozen, offering an ideal starting point for various walks and excursions. Our family-friendly guesthouse was redone completely a few years ago.

Relax in our comfortably decorated rooms with shower, toilet, telephone and Sat-TV. We offer 6 rooms, 3 of them with balcony. Breakfast and dinner is served in the adjacent guesthouse „Zum Weißen Rössl“.
Behind the house you find a lawn for sunbathing and a children’s playground; here you can relax and play. Furthermore we offer mountain bikes for rent and a large parking place for our guests. For a small fee you can park your vehicle in the garage.

In winter a ski-bus stops nearby, bringing you to the ski-resort Reinswald, situated in 7 kilometres distance. After an adventurous day in the snow, you can store your ski equipment in our ski-room.
